Property and personal property taxes are collected annually by both the Town of Kingston Springs and Cheatham County. Town of Kingston Springs tax notices are mailed to property owners in October and are due by February 28th of each year. Taxes must be paid at Kingston Springs City Hall (396 Spring Street) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or via the Payment Portal link listed below. A delinquent payment fee of 1.5% is charged for each month of late payment.
Cheatham County taxes must be paid to the Cheatham County Trustee's office. Payment is also accepted at the United Community Bank, 704 US-70, Pegram, TN. For more information, please call the Cheatham County Trustee's Office at 615-792-4298 or visit their website at the link below.
