The Kingston Springs Municipal-Regional Planning Commission is a nine-member board which reviews development policy and approves planned development for the town and surrounding areas. The Planning Commission meets as needed on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 at the Audrey Beck Meeting Hall, 420 N. Main Street in downtown Kingston Springs.  See the Board and Commission  page HERE for additional information.  To  be placed on a Planning Commission agenda, an applicant needs to complete  and submit no later than four weeks before the next  meeting.  Specific meeting and submittal dates are below.  An application for a KS Municipal Regional Planning Commission Appearance as well as for all Appeals Boards for Kingston Springs can be found in the forms list below.   All projects should conform with the Town's adopted Zoning Ordinance, Design Guidelines, Subdivision Regulations, Stormwater Management, and Sign Ordinance, all of which can be found at the links below.

 Kingston Springs restricts all building within the 100 year flood plain.  To identify if a property is within the 100 year flood plain, please use the link to GIS Mapping below. Enforcement  of this restriction allows residents of the Town to have access to the  National Flood Insurance Program.
