From time to time the Town of Kingston Springs has projects or services requiring a formal Bid process, Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ). OPEN BIDS:

 EXTRICATION EQUIPMENT RELATED TO E-ONE TYPHOON CUSTOM PUMPERS

The Town of Kingston Springs is inviting sealed bids for Extrication Equipment that will service 2 (two) 2002 E-One Typhoon Custom Chassis Pumpers. Specific items and requirements for each item are listed in the specifications below. Bids are to include brand, specific model, and cost for each item listed. All qualified bids/vendors shall meet the following requirements:

1. Warranty: Vendors shall submit a copy of the manufacturer's “Forever” Warranty with their bid submission.
2. Emergency Service: Vendors shall be available to provide emergency service within 48 hours of      notification.
3. Loaner Equipment: If a tool must be shipped to the manufacturer or factory for repair, the      vendor shall provide loaner equipment for use during the repair period, when available.
4. Repair Turnaround: Vendors shall provide written confirmation that repairs will have a 24-hour      turnaround time upon receipt of the equipment at the manufacturer's factory or repair facility.
5. Bid Pricing: All quoted prices shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date      of bid opening.
