OPEN BIDS AND REQUESTS

The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking a vendor to perform pumping services on both residential and commercial septic tanks within the town’s sanitary sewer system. The incumbent company or individual representative should be able to provide services that include but are not limited to, septic tank pumping, potential septic tank repair, emergency service calls, and providing adequate manpower and equipment to manage expectations.  Sealed Bids are due by 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 and bids will be opened at 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.  A full Bid Package with dates and required documents can be found HERE.

 The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking a vendor to perform repair of sewer pumps and pump stations services to the town’s sanitary sewer system. Bidding is for a ‘one man’ per hour format, and should include all costs with the exception of prior approved parts and additional labor . The incumbent company or individual representative should be able to provide all labor and materials necessary to do and perform all things under the scope of work requested by the Town.  Sealed Bids are due by 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 and bids will be opened at 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.  A full Bid Package with dates and required documents can be found HERE.
