OPEN BIDS AND REQUESTS

The Town of Kingston Springs is requesting proposals to obtain the services of a professional economic development consulting individual or group to lead the Town of Kingston Springs with the creation of a comprehensive economic development strategic plan that looks out to a 5-plus year timeline of setting policy direction and encouraging appropriate growth. The selected individual or group must have demonstrated experience in creating strategic economic development plans for small communities or demonstrate the capability to do so.  Full RFP can be found  HERE and please email citymanager@kingstonsprings-tn.gov with any questions.  Deadline to submit is Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 4:00pm.
