 Pursuant to T.C.A. 10-7-504, et seq, the Town of Kingston Springs  complies with Tennessee's Open Records Law by permitting the copying and  inspection of public records. The town must receive a copy of the  Public Records Request form and a reasonable amount of time must be  given to gather materials. Certain records may not exist under the  retention policy of the town. Some selected information may be redacted  pursuant to T.C.A. 10-7-504, et seq. 

Notary Service is available at Kingston Springs City Hall and is free to residents living within the town limits of Kingston Springs.  There is a $3.00 fee for anyone residing outside of the town limits.  Before visiting us for Notary Services please call ahead at 615-952-2110 ext.1 to make sure a Notary is available.

PLEASE NOTE: If your document requires witnesses in addition to the Notary, please arrange to provide your own witnesses as we cannot guarantee additional office staff will be available to perform that function.
