KS City Wide Yard Sale May 11, 2024

It's Yard Sale time again in Kingston Springs! Saturday, May 11th! If you live in the 37082 and would like to be put on the Yard Sale map please contact KS City Hall at 615-952-2110 ext. 1 to get on the list and be added to our map. Maps will be distributed May 10th. Take this opportunity to do some spring cleaning and pass on those treasures you don't need anymore!

KS Farmers And Artisans Market Scheduled


It’s almost time for the Kingston Springs Farmers and Artisans Market Season.  Our Market is held in downtown Kingston Springs on Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  2024 Market season will be from Saturday, May 25th through Saturday, August 31st.  We'll have some new suprioses his season as well as the great fresh food, beautiful artisan crafts, yummy baked goods, and great live music for you to enjoy.  If you're interested in being a vendor at our Market we would love to speak with you - whether you're a full time farmer or have a backyard garden to share, we have a spot for you.  2024 Vendor Applications can be found HERE, or you can email HERE for more details.  Come join us this summer!

KS Spring 2024 Youth Soccer Sign-Up Open

It’s that time again, Kingston Springs Spring Youth Soccer - Registration will open on Monday, January 15, 2024. Season is tentatively scheduled to begin on March 16th. Find the link to register HERE.  Registration will end on February 11th. Remember, as an added incentive for people who volunteer to coach, we will offer fee waivers for players whose parents are coaching their child’s  team. Kingston Springs Youth Soccer will reimburse the registration fees for that season for the coach’s child who is playing on the team that he/she is coaching. Don't delay and sign up starting Monday, January 15th.

Property Tax Relief Program

Property tax relief is available for low-income elderly and disabled homeowners, as well as disabled veteran homeowners or their surviving spouses. You must own the home and use it as your primary residence in Cheatham County. You may apply for Tax Relief at the Trustee's office. The office is located in the Sycamore Square shopping center at 354 Frey Street-Suite A-Ashland City, TN 37015.For more information contact the Cheatham County Trustee's Office at (615) 792-4298 or call the State of TN Tax Relief Program at (615) 747-8871. You may also visit the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury Tax Relief website at www.comptroller.tn.gov. Search for Tax Relief.

A Kingston Springs Christmas 2023

A Kingston Springs Christmas is a special Christmas Event planned at Burns Park in Kingston Spring on Sunday, December 10th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. The park will be full of festive Christmas decorations, food trucks for yummy food, and live music for your holiday cheer. We'll have our traditional lighted tractors on display as well as a visit from a very special someone straight from the North Pole.  Don't miss this fun, family holiday event and help us celebrate Christmas in Kingston Springs!  If you would like to participate with a lighted tractor please see the registration form HERE.

Dinner on Main Tickets on Sale - Friday, July 21st at 7:00pm

The date for our annual KS Parks fundraising event Dinner on Main has been set and tickets will go on sale soon. The Event date is Sunday, September 24, 2023. Start time is 5:00pm. Tickets are $150 each and there will be a limit of 4 tickets per sale. Ticket sales will go live on Friday, July 21st at 7:00pm on the website Eventbrite and you can access the sale website HERE.  As usual, these tickets will go fast so you will need to be ready to purchase when they become available on Friday, July 21st at 7:00pm. You might want to have an account set up and be on the site and ready to go prior to the 7:00pm launch just to be sure.    DOM2  DOM

Capital Improvement Plan Survey Open

The Kingston Springs Board of Commissioners are working on a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan and would like your input. Please use the link HERE to access a short survey where you can provide your opinion on a few specific topics. The survey will remain open through Friday, March 17, 2023 and the survey results will be used to help guide the creation of the plan.  

Free AED and CPR Training Scheduled

The Town of Kingston Springs is partnering with the ADAM Program at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital to present free Hands Only CPR and AED Training. Training will be held in the Activity Center at Burns Park (501 Park Street, Kingston Springs) on March 21, 2023 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Training will be presented by Angel Carter, RN at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Please plan to attend this free event to learn how to become a lifesaver instead of a bystander.
