Request Public Documents

Pursuant to T.C.A. 10-7-504, et seq, the Town of Kingston Springs complies with Tennessee's Open Records Law by permitting the copying and inspection of public records. The town must receive a copy of the Public Records Request form and a reasonable amount of time must be given to gather materials. Certain records may not exist under the retention policy of the town. Some selected information may be redacted pursuant to T.C.A. 10-7-504, et seq.  The full Kingston Springs Public Records Policy and Request Form can be found HERE.
