The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete electrical services including labor and material for electrical service to a new splash pad pump room per Dickson Electric specifications.
Scope of Work
The Town of Kingston Springs requests proposals to install new electrical service to a new pump house for a splash pad located in Burns Park. New underground service to include labor, materials, running conduit and setting transformer on a maximum distance of 285’ to the pump house. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - DEBRIS REMOVAL
The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete debris removal and clean up.
Scope of Work
The Town of Kingston Springs has approximately 26,000 cubic yards of natural debris resulting from a March 2021 flooding event. This debris is currently in three separate areas, all located in Burns Park. The piles will need to be pushed into several smaller piles and then burned.
RFP Submittal Requirements
Submittals in response to this RFP shall include the following:
1. Summary of the contractor’s experience in similar projects;
2. Proposed work schedule; and
3. Valuation fee proposal and proposed payment terms.
The Town’s staff will review all submitted proposals and selection of a recommended contractor will be based on three factors:
- The firm’s experience in similar projects;
- The proposed schedule including the time to completion
- Previous experience
- Quality of previous work; and the fee proposal.
The selection criteria are intended to allow the Town to select the firm that submits the best overall proposal, not just the lowest cost proposal.

To be considered, proposals must be received by 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2021. Electronically submitted proposals will be accepted; however, no late submissions will be accepted. All proposals should notate the words “RFP Debris Removal” on the proposal or envelope or in the subject line of electronic submission forms. Services will be authorized on, or around Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Proposals will not be opened publicly. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
